Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn/unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at kyrenkhan8@gmail.com before sending the item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishables, and certain hazardous or personal-care items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order. For EU orders, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, subject to applicable conditions.
